"I worked with Laura and April Ichien for a complex claim in which the other person’s insurance denied fault after initially finding their driver liable. April followed up regularly and helped me with issues related to finding a repair shop. Everything went smoothly after working with April instead of the other person’s insurance, so I highly recommend State Farm!!"

"I love how the office schedules annual calls to review our policy. We met with Cassie this year and she was super helpful! At first I thought it might be overkill, but each year I end up with questions, and each year we end up finding things that should be adjusted that affect our rate (usually to our benefit).
