Fair Plan is the very worst at communication but with Maria's help I was able to navigate their hoops and lack of communication. Honestly, without Maria's inquiries to their system on a weekly basis I would never have known anything was a miss as I have only received ONE of several letters in the mail that she sent me in a timely manner via email, all of which had deadlines that I would have missed if not for her help.
